Tournament Fee Schedule PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED ON DAY OF REGISTRATION.

• Early registration - ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 12th - $40 per team for Div I, II, III, IV  Primary $10
• Late registration - AFTER JANUARY 12TH  - $100 per team (no exceptions) with permission pending space available in the schedule
   

Judge / Official Policy
 A large number of volunteers willing to serve as Judges and Officials are required to put on the state Tournament each season. We understand that it is sometimes difficult for some memberships, particularly those located some distance away from the training site, to find a person willing to dedicate a half-day to training and another full-day to the tournament.

Therefore, the Vermont Creativity Quest, Inc. Board of Directors, in order to both provide more flexibility to the membership as well as to meet our need to have people serving as Officials, has instituted the following policy for the 2007-2008 program year.

To fulfill their volunteer requirement for the tournament, each TEAM can choose among the following options:

• Providing ONE Judge (per team) for a half-day of training and to judge the full day of the State Tournament, OR
• Paying a Volunteer Waiver Fee of $50 per team

All volunteers MUST be 18 yrs of age or older. 

Notification of which option the team chooses must be made by when registering for the tournament.  Teams not fulfilling this obligation will be allowed to participate in the tournament and will be scored, but they will not be ranked in the final standings or allowed to advance to World Finals. Teams whose Judge or Volunteer does not show up for training and/or the tournament will be invoiced the volunteer waiver fee after the tournament.
