The Vermont Odyssey of The Mind State Tournament will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2022 at Champlain Valley Union High School in Hinesburg, Vermont. The competition will begin at 12:30 PM.
Register your teams for the 2022 Vermont Odyssey of the Mind Tournament. In order to complete this process you will need:
- School/Organization Information (the Membership Number and Zip Code of where the package is mailed. This is available through your membership coordinator.)
- Membership Coordinator Name and Email Address
- Team Member Names and Grade
- Name and Contact Info for your required Judge or Official, or agree to pay waiver fee
Registration costs $75 per Division1, 2, or 3 team, or $25 for Primary teams. You should arrange with your membership coordinator how the fee will be paid. A Purchase Order counts as payment, however a hard copy of the PO is required. Fees may be paid by check or electronically (credit card by arrangement).
In addition, we require each TEAM, including Primary teams, to provide one person who can serve as a Judge or Official (you can supply an Official ONLY if your school/organization is over 100 miles from the State Tournament site in Hinesburg) at the tournament. You will need to provide the name and contact information for this person as part of the registration process. Judges should be available for both training (online, the PC will contact you) and for the full day of the tournament (March 11, 2023). Officials do not need to attend training, but do need to be available to serve in a non-judging capacity the entire day of the State Tournament. If you do not supply a Judge or Official as part of your registration today, you are required to pay a $50 waiver fee. All teams, including Primary teams, must supply a judge or pay the waiver. You can register a judge by clicking here. If you are not sure, please ask.
Please note any scheduling considerations (coach is coaching more than one team, siblings on teams, parent coaching one team has child on another team, etc.) and disability issues (allergies, hearing/speaking impairments, mobility issues, etc.) on the registration page so that we can make any necessary accommodations.
Finally, your registration for the Vermont State Odyssey of the Mind Tournament conveys blanket permission for photographs and/or video to be taken of any attendees of this event to be used for any lawful purposes.
