Where: Champlain Valley Union High School, 369 CVU Rd., Hinesburg, Vermont 05461

Vermont Creativity Quest Inc.
Please read the following before completing the State Tournament registration process.
To complete the registration process, you will need:
Registration costs $75 per Division1, 2, or 3 team, or $25 for Primary teams. You should arrange with your membership coordinator how the fee will be paid. A Purchase Order counts as payment, however a hard copy of the PO is required. Fees may be paid by check or electronically (credit card by arrangement).
In addition, we require each team, including Primary teams, to provide one person who can serve as a Judge/General Official at the tournament. You will need to provide the name and contact information for this person as part of the registration process. Judge/General Officials should be available for both training (online–Judges, you will be contacted by the PC) and for the full day of the tournament (March 22, 2025). All Judge/General Officials need to be available to serve the entire day of the State Tournament. If you do not supply a Judge/General Official as part of your registration today, you are required to pay a $50 waiver fee. All teams, including Primary teams, must supply a Judge/General Official or pay the waiver. You can register a Judge/General Official by clicking here. If you are not sure, please ask.
Please note any scheduling considerations (for example: coach is coaching more than one team, siblings on teams, parent coaching one team has child on another team, etc.) and disability issues (such as: allergies, hearing/speaking impairments, mobility issues, etc.) on the registration page so that we can make any necessary accommodations.
Finally, your registration for the Vermont State Odyssey of the Mind Tournament conveys blanket permission for photographs and/or video to be taken of any attendees of this event to be used for any lawful purposes.
If you have questions, please contact Lesley Adams, VT Association Director, by emailing ADvtoom@gmail.com or by calling or texting 1-802-404-1660.

We are especially proud of the teams from Malletts Bay, Colchester Middle School, Cambridge Elementary, Richmond Elementary, St. Albans Town Ed Center, and Town of Brandon Rec Center who made the long trip to Iowa State University and represented Vermont so well in both their performances and their engagement with all the people they met from all over the world.
